Two years ago, during the peak of the COVID pandemic, my husband and I found ourselves in a difficult position.  He was released from his position after 37 years and we found ourselves without health insurance for the first time.  When the federal health insurance marketplace transitioned our insurance to New Jersey's Get Covered program, we had to confirm all our information and estimate our income for 2021.  This became a daunting task so we reached out to Carol to be our agent and help us through this confusing program.  Not fully understanding how NJ had created their application process, I unknowingly created 6 separate applications!  Carol stepped in, conferenced in a Get Covered representative, helped clean everything up and clearly provided instruction and advice going forward.
